Custom-Printed Aquarium Backgrounds

Welcome to NovaStudio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of our custom-printed aquarium backgrounds. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us & Eligibility

NovaStudio designs and produces custom-printed aquarium backgrounds, shipped internationally from Vietnam. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products & Custom Orders

All of our backgrounds are made to order. This includes both standard sizes and custom sizes or designs requested by you. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, please review your size, design, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, screens, lighting, and the printing process. Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.

3. Custom Designs & Image Submissions

If you submit your own image, artwork, or design for a custom background, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the submitted content, or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it.

• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of a third party.

• The content is not unlawful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

You agree that you are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you indemnify NovaStudio against any claims arising from it. We reserve the right to decline any custom request at our discretion.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to product or pricing errors, suspected fraud, or content that violates these Terms. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available at checkout.

• You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices and are non-refundable.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from Vietnam with an estimated delivery time of 8–12 days after production. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of NovaStudio, though we will assist you in tracking your order.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Because production begins shortly after purchase, cancellation requests are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it for full details on eligibility, restocking fees, and the claims process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including our original designs, artwork, logos, images, and text — is the property of NovaStudio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs or content without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to engage in any unlawful activity, to interfere with the operation of the site, to attempt unauthorized access, or to submit harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

10. Product Disclaimer

Our backgrounds are decorative products intended for external use on aquariums. They are not toys and should be kept away from young children. You are responsible for proper application and for ensuring the correct size is ordered for your tank. NovaStudio is not responsible for installation errors or for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
