Shipping Policy

Custom-Printed Aquarium Backgrounds

At NovaStudio, every aquarium background is custom-made just for you and shipped with care from our facility in Vietnam. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Because our backgrounds are printed to order, each item requires production time before it ships. Please allow [1–3] business days for us to print and prepare your order. Custom-size or custom-design orders may require slightly longer.

Orders are produced Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, the estimated delivery time to the United States is 8–12 days.

3. Shipping Rates

     Shipping cost: [Free shipping / a flat rate of $X / calculated at checkout].

     The final shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update after dispatch. If you haven’t received your tracking details, check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Your order ships internationally from Vietnam. In most cases, no additional charges apply for US customers. However, any import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may be charged by your local authorities are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

6. Shipping Destinations

We are happy to ship to all 50 US states. Please note that delivery to certain remote areas may take additional time. At this time, we ship to valid residential and business addresses only — we cannot guarantee delivery to PO boxes or freight-forwarding addresses.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

     Delays: Occasionally, customs clearance or carrier issues can cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will help you track your order.

     Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

     Damaged in transit: If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
