Shipping & Store Policy

1. Products

We specialize in aquarium-themed artwork, including printed art, 3D aquarium paintings, and decorative wall art inspired by aquatic life.
All products are carefully produced to order to ensure high quality and detailed finishing.

Please note:

Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen display differences.
Product sizes are clearly stated on each product page.

2. Processing & Shipping Time (IMPORTANT)

📦 Order processing & delivery time: 7–14 business days from the date the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

All artworks are made-to-order, not pre-stocked items.
The 7–14 day timeframe includes:
- Production and quality control
- Packaging and shipping

⚠️ During peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics delays, large orders), delivery time may be extended.
In such cases, customers will be notified in advance.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- Artwork design
- Size selection
- Shipping information
  are correct before placing the order.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours after purchase.
After 24 hours, production begins and orders cannot be changed or canceled.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or replacements only if:

The artwork arrives damaged
There is a manufacturing defect
The wrong item or size was delivered

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

Change of mind
Incorrect information provided by the customer
Minor color differences due to screen display

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos for verification.
