1. Q. How do I install the aquarium background?
A. Our aquarium backgrounds are printed on premium 3-layer self-adhesive vinyl (Decal 3 lớp), making installation quick and easy. The built-in adhesive allows the background to stick securely to the outside glass surface of your aquarium without requiring any additional glue or tape.
Important: All aquarium backgrounds are designed for external application only. Do not install the vinyl inside the aquarium or place it in direct contact with water.

2 .Q. Why are self-adhesive aquarium backgrounds better?
A. Unlike non-adhesive backgrounds, our self-adhesive vinyl bonds directly to the glass surface, allowing the artwork to capture and reflect more light from your aquarium LEDs. This creates richer colors, sharper details, and a more realistic 3D effect.
The result is a cleaner, brighter, and more lifelike aquarium display that brings your tank to life.
3 .Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Orders are typically printed, prepared, and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1–2 business days after your purchase.
We use international shipping services, and standard delivery usually takes approximately 7–10 business days, based on the carrier's estimated transit times.
If you need your order sooner, we also offer Expedited Shipping, which typically delivers within 5–8 business days. Please select the expedited shipping option during checkout. Additional shipping fees will apply.

3. Q. What is your return policy?
A. Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there’s an issue with your order, contact customer service at novastudio.support@gmail.com and we’ll be sure to make it right.
4 Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes! If you don’t see your country listed in the shipping options at checkout, you can contact us directly at novastudio.support@gmail.com to determine your shipping cost and place a custom order.
5 Q. What if I make a mistake during installation?
A. Every order includes a free squeegee tool to help with installation. We also provide a video tutorial and detailed instructions, making the process simple and beginner-friendly. Just follow the guide carefully for the best results.

A. Absolutely! We gladly accept custom design orders and can print your own photos, artwork, or custom designs as aquarium backgrounds.

9 Q. Can your backgrounds be backlit?
A. Yes!
10 Q. Where do you get your images?
A. We get the images for our aquarium backgrounds from a combination of web-based sources. We purchase the rights to use the images you see on this site, and some are Creative Commons/Free for Public Use/Royalty Free. Some photos were taken ourselves or by people we know. Our tank decals and stickers are one-of-a-kind, made by our in-house designers.
11 Q. What printing technology do you use?
A. We use professional Eyecolor Taiwan printing technology with advanced Gen-5 Nano printheads. This allows us to produce aquarium backgrounds with vibrant colors, sharp details, and smooth, streak-free prints.
We also use genuine Eyecolor inks, which offer excellent color accuracy, realistic image reproduction, and improved fade resistance for long-lasting results.
