Note 1: For best installation results, we recommend using a glass cleaner spray to lubricate the surface and make positioning and squeegeeing easier. If glass cleaner is unavailable, you may create a simple solution by mixing clean water with a small amount of dish soap or liquid hand soap. This helps the background slide smoothly into position and reduces the risk of air bubbles during installation.

Note 2: Identifying the Correct Layer to Peel
The aquarium background consists of two layers:
• Textured Backing Layer (with printed text/logos) – This is the layer that should be removed before installation.
• Glossy Protective Layer (without any text) – This layer protects the printed background and must remain attached.
When installing the background, remove only the textured backing layer to expose the adhesive side of the print.
⚠️ Important: Do NOT peel off the glossy protective layer. Removing this layer may damage the printed background and render the product unusable.
NOTE 3: CHECK FOR AIR BUBBLES AFTER INSTALLATION
After installation, use your phone's flashlight to inspect the background from different angles and check for any remaining air bubbles.
If you notice air bubbles trapped behind the background, gently peel back the affected area, spray a small amount of water or glass cleaner, and use a squeegee to smooth it out again until the bubbles are completely removed.
✓ Use a flashlight for a more accurate inspection.
✓ Small bubbles are easier to see under direct light.
✓ Reapply water and squeegee as needed for a smooth, professional finish.
